About The Town of Conetoe Board
Conetoe has four commissioners and one mayor. All elected officials for the Town of Conetoe are elected in four-year staggered terms and are elected at-large for the town.
Delane Bryant
Mayor, Town Administrator
Delane Bryant has been a resident of Conetoe for over 32 years. She loves helping people in any capacity that she is able to. She was a public school teacher for thirty years and she loves being a part of this community. Her interests include spending time with her family and pets, working on her historic home, reading, gardening, photography, and traveling. She looks forward to continuing to be a voice for the citizens and putting the unity back in community.

Jenny Hinnant
Commissioner, Mayor Pro-Tem
Jenny Hinnant has been a resident of Conetoe for most of her life. She is the wife of Nebraska Hinnant and has two beautiful children and two grandchildren.​

Koka Paramore
Commissioner
Koka Paramore has lived in Conetoe for 23 years. She has 33 years of experience working with a phone company. Her hobbies include stained glass creation, watching investigation channels, and spending time with her family.

Shenika Knight
Commissioner
Shenika Knight is a lifelong resident of Conetoe, dedicated to the growth and well-being of her community. A proud graduate of Southwest Edgecombe High School - Go Cougars! - she has remained actively involved in the town that she calls home. An entrepreneur with a diverse range of talents, she has experience in graphic design, event coordination/decor, specialty cake, and treats creation as well as experience in financial services. She is passionate about serving others, with a special heart for uplifting senior citizens and empowering youth through guidance and positive opportunities. Through her role as a commissioner, she is committed to strengthening Conetoe and helping create a safe, welcoming community where ALL residents feel valued and respected.

Briyana Storm Baker
Commissioner
Briyana Storm Baker has been a resident of Conetoe since September 2023. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in May 2023 with Disciplinary Honors and is currently certified as a notary public and community health worker. She previously worked with the Conetoe Family Life Center as a social media manager and community health worker, as well as a freelance writer for the Welcome to Tarboro magazine and Rocky Mount Telegram. Her hobbies include journaling, creative writing, photography, painting, drawing, and gardening.
